Under Canvas Bryce Canyon—located on 700 acres of juniper forest, just 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park—is a secluded, high-alpine oasis that offers easy access to the area’s famed, crimson-colored hoodoos and otherworldly rock formations.

Recognized in 2023 by Travel + Leisure as a one of the “16 Most Awe-Inspiring New Nature Resorts” in the world, and by Sunset magazine as the “Best Off-Grid Luxury Camp,” Under Canvas Bryce Canyon perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and serenity in nature.

The camp’s 50 upscale, safari-inspired tents feature king-size beds, plush linens, wood-burning stoves, private decks, and ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets and showers. Fresh, regionally inspired breakfast and dinner options are served al fresco and in the lobby tent, and s’mores are served under the stars at the communal firepits.

Like all Under Canvas properties, Under Canyon Bryce Canyon is committed to protecting and preserving the night sky for present and future generations. The lighting at Under Canvas Bryce Canyon has been purposefully selected and installed to minimize impact on the surrounding environment while, at the same time, enhancing the guest experience. Guests interested in experiencing the magic of the night sky can sleep in Stargazer Tents (featuring sky-viewing windows perfect for constellation spotting), join guided astronomy hikes and talks, look for shooting stars through the camp’s telescope, or simply enjoy the jaw-dropping beauty of the sky from the comfort of their private deck.
