Under Canvas Zion—a secluded haven of natural beauty and serenity just 20 miles from Zion National Park—is surrounded by towering sandstone cliffs, majestic red rock, and wide-open desert skies. This one-of-a-kind glamping destination offers easy access to Zion’s famed trails, such as The Narrows and Angels Landing, as well as world-class adventures ranging from hiking to horseback riding to canyoneering. 

The camp’s 66 upscale, safari-inspired tents feature king-size beds, plush linens, wood-burning stoves, private decks, and ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets and showers. Fresh, regionally inspired breakfast and dinner options are served al fresco and in the lobby tent, and s’mores are served under the stars at the communal firepits.

The lighting at Under Canvas Zion has been purposefully selected and installed to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment while, at the same time, enhancing the guest experience. Guests interested in experiencing the magic of the night sky can sleep in Stargazer Tents (featuring sky-viewing windows perfect for constellation spotting), join guided astronomy hikes and talks, look for shooting stars through the camp’s telescope, or simply enjoy the jaw-dropping beauty of the sky from the comfort of their private deck.
